ML6554IUX Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 650kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 4V. As a member of the ML6554 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
