STM8AF6246TCSSSX Automotive 8-bit microcontrollers provide 16 to 32K bytes of flash program memory and integrated real data EEPROM. They are called medium density STM8A devices in the STM8S series and the STM8AF series 8-bit microcontroller reference manual (RM0016). All devices in the STM8A product line have the following advantages: reduced system cost, performance and robustness, reduced development cycle and product life. System costs are reduced due to the integration of real data EEPROM that can support up to 300k write / erase cycles, as well as high system integration with internal clock oscillators, watchdogs and power-down resets.
