It is able to deliver high accuracy internal voltage and clock reference, down to 54uA/MHz in very low power run mode and 1.96uA in deep sleep mode (RAM + RTC retained), and embedded ROM with boot loader for flexible program upgrade. The MKL27Z128VFM4 microcontroller is ideally suitable for cost-sensitive and battery-powered applications where low-power USB connectivity is required.
