The 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.WGate driversh a 5.5V~16V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4605.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 10 pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 1A.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 108V.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 16V.Its minimum operating voltage is 5.5V.In this case, it outputs 1.9V voltage.
