MCF51EM256CLL Description


The MCF51EM256 is a 32-bit ColdFire V1 core microcontroller (MCU) designed specifically for smart meter applications. It has an embedded LCD controller, a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and metrology-specific peripherals. A complete set of hardware and software tools are included with the MCF51EM256 to facilitate quick and simple development.
