MC9S12DP512CPV Description

The MC9S12DP512CPV is a 16-bit microcontroller that runs at a maximum frequency of 25MHz and is based on an improved HCS12 CPU with CISC architecture. The MC9S12DP512CPV has 91 general-purpose I/O pins, an 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter, 512kB internal flash, 12kB internal RAM, and 4kB EEPROM. One inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module, two serial communications interface (SCI), and three serial peripheral interface modules are among the peripherals included with this MC9S12DP512CPV MCU (SPI). A simple, effective means of data interchange between devices is provided by an inter IC (I2C) bus, which reduces the requirement for several connections between devices, doing away with the necessity for an address decoder.
