A CMOS linear voltage regulator with high accuracy output voltage, low supply current, low dropout voltage, and strong ripple rejection is the MC78PC18NTR. Each of these voltage regulators is made up of a chip enable circuit, resistors, an error amplifier, a current limiting circuit, and an internal voltage reference.
