IXDD614CI Overview


For greater flexibility, its TO-220-5 package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 1 drivers.Through Hole is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 14A.For its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 35V.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.There are 1 channels configured for operation.
