MC33170 Overview


It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in Radial packages to prevent damage to them. Set the PTC thermistors to -40°C for a minimum operating temperature. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 85°C for it to work properly. When used, the PTC thermistors could produce 60V voltage. This type of thermistors has been rated for a voltage of 60V in the DC circuit. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 480mW heat.
