MAX860IUA+T Overview


Using the Cut Tape package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There is a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -25°C ~ 85°C (TA). In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 6kHz, 50kHz, 130kHz. Regulator 1.5V, 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.5V, 2.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of -Vin, 2Vin. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 50mA. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 11 V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 8 pins are required. The maximal output voltage of - allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily. A switching DC-DC regulator, it is a member of the - family of electronic voltage regulator 12vs. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 200 uAA of quiescent current.
