It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A total of 2 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 220kHz 400kHz. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -1.27V 2.7V. DC DC switching regulator's 440mA Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. When the frequency is 400kHz, DC DC switching regulator can maintain high accuracy.
