As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.4V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 60V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the LTC7149 family is represented. A voltage of -28V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 28 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 0V volts. With a maximum output voltage of -28V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
