LTC6948IUFD-1#PBF Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 28 terminations.
