L6387D Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 17V Max it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -45°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L6387.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 650mA.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).Based on the maximum power dissipation of 750mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 320?A.Due to its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.A frequency of 400kHz can improve efficiency.
