IX4428MTR Overview

There is greater flexibility with the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~30V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 150°C.-55°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.A total of 2 channels are configured for operation.
