CY28419OXCT Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are a total of 56 terminations in this file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 400MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL.
