ISL8115FRTZ-T Overview

As a result of 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 2.97V~36V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 150kHz~1.5MHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD. There are many different types of terminations for 24. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 5.15V. It's important to remember that the dc dc regulator's normaloutput current is 30A, so you should note it down when starting a new project. Switching controller operates at 1.5MHz Hz. DC to DC voltage regulator has the value of OUTPUT VOLTAGE UPTO 5.5 V to better satisfy the requirement. It is possible to set the input voltage as 36V for nominal working statuses.
