ISL80031AFRZ-T7A Overview


It uses the Cut Tape package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The harley voltage regulator is available as a DFN package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. DC-DC switching regulators reach 2MHz switching frequencies. Featuring a 3A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 8 pins are required. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 600mV volts at all times. A maximum voltage of 5.5V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. Voltage regulator consumes 35μA A of quiescent current without being affected by outside forces. In order to ensure switching regulator's stable operation, the maximum operating temperature 125°C is set at a high level. For reliable operation, switching regulator operates at -40°C degrees Celsius. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage must be at least 2.7V in order to work.
