ISL6420IRZ-TK Overview

It comes in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 5.6V~16V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 100kHz~1.4MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 20 terminations. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 12V. This dc dc voltage regulator should be powered by a voltage of 4.5V. 0.7A is the greatest value switching converter outputs as current.
