ISL6326BCRZ-TS2701 Overview

As a result of 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 4 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The system can process PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 80kHz~1MHz position. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start.
