ISL5120CB-T Overview

The electrical component comes in SOIC packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 100pA current. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. A temperature above 70°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer. 2-bit operation is possible. This analog switch ic needs a voltage of 3V as its minimum supply voltage.
