ISL21080CIH341Z-TK Overview


A handy package called SOT-23 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.2%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 4.096V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.Devices of type Voltage References are used in a wide variety of applications.7mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 7mA.High-quality communication can be achieved through 1 channels.Its lowest voltage output is 4.096V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 10V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 4.096V is output.Idling uses 1.5?A.There is 1.5?A current supplied to it.Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) are present in the voltage reference circuit?As the record shows, the voltage reference ic requires at least 4.5V voltage to run.A current greater than 1.5?A may lead to improper operation and possibly damage to parts.There is a 4.096V voltage reference provided by the voltage reference ic.In this part, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 8V volts.
