IDT5V993A-7QGI Overview

Embedded in the SSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 85MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In this IC, a 28-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. A analog clock generator with 8 true output enable pins is configured for this application. When searching for parts belonging to the 5V family, similar electric components can be found. Logic circuits containing this analog clock generator are commonly used in PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic.
