ICS853001AMLF Overview

There is a case option of SOIC available for this clock divider. Normal operation is limited to 2.5GHz. 8 terminations have been recorded. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) has been set to 5.25V. Logic IC with LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER value is used in this circuit. As a rule, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.375V for normal operation. There is a +-2.5/+-5V volt supply attached to it. We are able to produce 1 true outputs. As a result of utilizing this gadget, ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -5.25V is also available.
