HIP6602BCRZ Overview


A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its VQFN package.Bulk represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 4 drivers for its configuration.It's configured with 16 terminations.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 16 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 730mA that can be achieved.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of 0°C.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 4mA.Due to its 5/1212V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.When the supply voltage is 13.2V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 10.8V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 730mA at the moment.
