HIP4082IBT Overview


For greater flexibility, its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 8.5V~15V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 16 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 16 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 95V.
