HD63C09EP Overview


This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 40. In the case of a 5V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 8-Bit architecture is used. A typical Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. Data can be transferred over 8b bandwidths. Temperatures above 75°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 40 pins. 3MHz is the clock frequency of the embedded microprocessor. Datasheets specify that the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supplies. The CPU can only be supplied with voltage up to 30mA. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5.5V. 4.5V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor. To deal with hardware interrupts, there are 3 external interrupt terminations.
