HA9P5320-5ZX96 Overview
There is a SOIC case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the SAMPLE AND HOLD CIRCUIT-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There are two types of Sample and Hold Circuit op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 16 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 500μV. The buffer amplifier is capable of operating from a supply current of 11mA . This op amp contains 1 circuits. For this linear amplifier to work, the temperature should not be below 0°C. In order to avoid damage to the product, operational amplifiers should only be used at temperatures below 75°C. Under 20V is the minimum supply voltage for this electric component.
