FT7521FHX Overview


This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 6-UFDFN functions for your reference in this IC power. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Reset Timer products. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3V. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. 6 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.8V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5V volts in this IC management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 1μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by FT7521.
