For greater flexibility, the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10V~13.5V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Inverting, Non-Inverting.There are various related parts under its base part number FAN5009.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.There can be a voltage up to 15V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as 0°C.715mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.For operation, 13.5V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 10V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V volts.When 500kHz is used frequently, efficiency can be improved.
