EX64-FTQG100 Overview

There are two packages that contain fpga chips: TQFP package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 56 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. The supply voltage is 2.5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 56 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. In total, it has 100 terminations on each end. In this case, there are 100 pins on the board. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications. The 2.5V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. The device runs on a 2.52.5/5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 70°C. In order to achieve 0°C, the operating temperature must be higher than 0°C. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 3000 gates. Fpga semiconductor consists of 128 logic blocks (LABs). It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 178MHz in order to do its work. A CLB is a basic module that determines the architecture of a system. A maximum supply voltage of 2.7V can be applied to this product. The minimal supply voltage required for it is 2.3V. For the building block, it encompasses 192 logic cells that make up the logic circuit. The ALSO REQUIRES 2.5V OR 3.3V OR 5V SUPPLY feature is also characteristic of fpga circuit.
