The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.32 terminations with various functions.SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 32 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.32 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.As a type of Power Management Circuits, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.It is suitable for 50mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.It should operate with ambient temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.It can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.Outputs 20V voltage.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)? The answer is No SVHC.It is advised to utilize a 3/5V power supply.
