EL7154CN Overview

A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~16V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.A board with 8 component pins is available.
