This Microcontroller is based on a core called 32-Bit. The type of its program memory is FLASH. In this Microcontroller, temperature is controlled within the range -40°C~85°C TA. A Wonder Gecko series electrical component is used in this application. This program has a program memory of 256KB 256K x 8 bytes, which is the size of the program. With a ARM® Cortex®-M4F Core Processor, Microcontroller is fast and efficient. ICs for MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/peripheral parts. There are 64 terminations on the IC chip, which means there are 64 terminations on the integrated circuit chip. In addition, MCU chip comes with a 32-bit size. Microcontroller chip has outputs of 3V volts. The system has YES channels for DMA communication. There is 256kB memory size assigned to the part. At a frequency of 48MHz, Microcontroller can operate efficiently. This MCU Chip uses YES PWM channels to operate. Chips have 64 pins. It is equipped with a ARM core architecture which is integrated into it. In the 56 Programmable I/O section, it can be programmed in many different ways. It consists of 6 channels in total for the ADC.
