Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.A convenient transport package is provided in 64-LQFP .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.The power management is designed for use with applications at LCD TV/Monitor .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -30°C~85°C .The power management operates at 2.7V~13V volts.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching BD8150 .It is possible to find 64 terminals on the power ic.The instruments designs has received high praise because it is an analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC.This connector has a Surface Mount for mounting it on a PCB or other type of board.In addition to being supplied by the 5V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing many demanding tasks.Power ic pinouts begin with 64 pins.It operates at 2mA volts.This is ics supply of the series Power Management Circuits .In order to start up, it needs at least 2.7V .Keeping the output quality high requires collaboration among 4 channels.If the voltage is greater than 13V , you are not supposed to power the power supply ic.The power management chip can be operated with 512V power supplies.
