DM74AS640N Overview


The 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Tube external package is used. There is a Through Hole mount version of this digital buffer available for purchase. Transceiver, Inverting logic integrated circuits have a wide range of applications, including this one. A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is applied to this network transceiver to supply it with power. Buffers such as this one are designed to operate at temperatures as high as 0°C~70°C TA. In both the high and low logic states, it outputs 15mA 64mA. Digital buffer is capable of handling 3-State outputs. We use all 1 elements. One of the 74AS series network transceivers.
