DG180AA Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in TO-100-10 Metal Can. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Through Hole. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 10Ohm. Dual supply type digital switch with a low cost. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1.5mA. There is a voltage range of 15V operating voltages for the electrical part. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 125°C. The Drain to Source resistance of this electronic component is 10Ohm. Suppliers offer the TO-100-10 package.
