9FGL0241BKILFT Overview


In it, there are 24 terminations. Clock program provides 3.3V volts. In order to run 260, the peak reflow temperature of this part is taken into account. Clock program contains a total of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC peripheral ICs, uPs, and uCs. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is reached at 3.465V. Keeping Vsup above 3.135V is necessary for normaloperation. Clock program is not recommended for the clock to exceed 100MHz in terms of Clock programs output frequency.
