The BSS123W-7-F is a high-reliability, low-threshold N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. This surface-mount device is designed for switching applications and features a low on-resistance of 6Ω at an operating current of 170mA and a gate-source voltage of 10V.
