BH6069GU-E2 Overview


As a result of its 62-VFBGA package, it helps to save board space on the board. It has 15 + 2LDOs outputs for LED drivers.We are using Surface Mount as the mounting method.With high efficiency, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator.It is possible for the led driver ic to function normally at -35°C~85°C TA.The base is configured with 62 pins.If the voltage supply is lower than 3.15V, undetermined failures may occur.There are 15 segments in it.This is mounted by Surface Mount.You can find this LED driver under the base part number BH6069.This model is designed to offer 4.5V as its maximum supply voltage.For stable operation, it is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed 85°C.In order to maintain stable operation, a temperature greater than -35°C is essential.Powering systems requires 4.5V voltages.
