EPF81500ARI240-3 Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 240-BFQFP Exposed Pad package and X package. Having 181 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 1296 logic elements/cells. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 4.75V~5.25V , at which it runs. The FLEX 8000 series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the FLEX 8000 family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C TA range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In order to find related parts, use the part number EPF81500 as a base. A total of 162 LABs/CLBs make up this FPGA array. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 16000 gates. The device package supplied by 240-RQFP (32x32) is one of its suppliers.
