BD6513F-E2 Overview


It is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR).It is included with the SOP package as well.A total of 8 terminations can be found in it.During operation, the 8 pins are used.It is important to note that the LED driving board has 2 functions.To comply with the operation criteria, the maximum output current is reduced to 600mA.It is possible to obtain high efficiency with a supply voltage of 5V.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this LED driving board.This LED driver is equipped with a total of 8 pins.In this case, there is 100mOhm resistance in the LED driving board.This results in a 500mA output current.The LED driver is packaged in an econtainer with a capacity of Peripheral Drivers.In order to operate normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) must remain above 3V.A total of 2 channels are available for you to choose from.It has a power supply of 5V.The maximum input voltage of the LED driver is 5.5V volts.There is a minimum input voltage of 2.7V volts for this LED driver.It is designed to be stable at 85°C°C, which is the maximum operating temperature.The LED driver must work at a minimum temperature of -25°C degrees Celsius in order to remain reliable.In addition, CONTROL LOGIC: ACTIVE LOW can be produced using this LED driving board.Currently, the interface type of the lighting driver is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.
