The BAS21-QR is a high-performance switching diode from Nexperia, designed for use in automotive and other demanding applications. This SMD/SMT packaged diode features a compact SOT-23-3 case and is rated for a peak reverse voltage of 250V, making it suitable for a wide range of rectification and switching applications.
