BA9744FV-E2 Overview


Capsuled in the 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.5V~35V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 10kHz~800kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. 16 terminations with a variety of function. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 3V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
