A Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. Embedded in the 32-TFSOP (0.724, 18.40mm Width) case, memory ics is a single file. On the chip, there is an 1Mb 128K x 8 memory, which is the size of the chip's memory. There is a SRAM-format memory used in this device, which is the memory format used by mainstream devices. Featuring an extended operating temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications. The device is capable of handling a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for memory ics is Surface Mount. A 32-pin package containing this memory device is used to house this device. There is a note indicating that this memory chip operates at an 5V volt supply voltage. 1 ports allow read/write access to one memory address in this chip. There must not be a minimum operating temperature of less than 0°C for this device. A temperature of no more than 70°C centigrade is recommended for the component to be operated, otherwise, damage might be inflicted on the component. Ideally, this part should be supplied with a voltage of at least 4.5V. An operating voltage of no more than 5.5V is required.
