AS1751S-T Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO switching circuits. A total of 4 circuits make up this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 900mOhm. The functions of 14 pins can be found in the datasheets. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 100nA. A voltage of 1.6V~3.6V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply.
