AS1747-BTDT-1K Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad. The advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) provides high reliability. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. Based on SPDT switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. The multiplexer consists of 2 circuits. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 850mOhm. Datasheets for functions of 10 pins are available. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 5.5V. Analogue multiplexer with a Single supply type that is cost-effective. A low voltage of 1.8V should be applied to the electronic component. This multiplexer would work with 10nA current. Using only a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires 1.8V~5.5V voltage. If you put voltage higher than 1?A on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur.
