AP2200 Overview

As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Space-saving 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Programmable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -30°C~85°C TA when operating. 500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 4V 5V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 50mA 80mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 50mA 80mA. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 1.6V. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 5V volts.
