ADR360BUJZ-REEL7 Description


Precision 2.048 V, 2.500 V, 3.000 V, 4.096 V, 5.000 V, and 3.300 V band gap voltage references are available in the ADR360BUJZ-REEL7, which offers low power consumption and excellent precision in a small TSOT packaging. The ADR360BUJZ-REEL7 references have a low temperature drift of 9 ppm/°C in a TSOT package according to Analog Devices, Inc.'s patented temperature drift curvature correction algorithms.

The ADR360BUJZ-REEL7 micropower, low dropout voltage references deliver a constant output voltage from a minimum supply of 300 mV larger than the output. The gadgets' cutting-edge design does away with the requirement for external capacitors, which further decreases board space and system cost. The ADR360BUJZ-REEL7 precision voltage references are the best choice for battery-operated applications thanks to their low power consumption, compact design, and simplicity of use.
