ADG759BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 4:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 20 terminations.
